Dish’s Cafe Bar & Bistro is owned and run by James Stubley, an experienced chef who’s name in the trade is ‘Dishpig’. James gained his nickname whilst backpacking around the world gaining experience with new flavours and techniques as far afield as South East Asia and Australia.
Dish’s aim is to encompass the very best of what cafe’s and restaurants elsewhere in the world have to offer, in terms of culture, style and atmosphere etc., whilst also providing what James calls ‘honest, real home-made food to feed your soul’Enjoy your visit!
